Eligibility criteria for Exchange:
Your purchase may qualify for an exchange based on the following conditions:
- The product must remain unused and in a clean, hygienic, and unstained condition. All tags and labels should remain intact.
- If you receive an incorrect product, meaning the product does not match the item description as mentioned on our website or if the wrong item is delivered.
- In the event that the product you receive has a quality or manufacturing defect or is delivered in a damaged state.
- Please note that products purchased during sale periods or at discounted prices are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Process for Exchanges:
Should your purchase meet the exchange criteria outlined above, kindly get in touch with our customer care team within 48 hours of the delivery through any of the following channels:

- Please ensure you provide your order number along with an image of the defective item and the packaging it was received in within 48 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider any communication sent after 48 hours of delivery.
Refund Policy:
- If your purchase adheres to the eligibility criteria mentioned earlier, we will be pleased to facilitate an exchange and provide you with a replacement product.
- In the rare circumstance that an exchange is not feasible, we will issue a credit note to the registered email address or the email used during the purchase. The credit note remains valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
General Terms & Conditions:
- Confirmed orders cannot be canceled or amended.
- Products purchased during sale periods or at discounted rates are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items purchased prior to a sale are not eligible for exchange during the sale period.
- Refunds will not be processed if an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided.
- Refunds will not be issued in cases of three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or if the recipient refuses the package.
- Due to the unique, handmade nature of our products, no refunds will be provided. Each piece is crafted individually by experienced artisans, resulting in slight variations in color tone, shape, or size between products. These natural variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or replacements.
- Given the distinctive characteristics of our products, we retain the sole discretion to provide a resolution as we see fit.
